General Delivery Information

All orders placed via our website are shipped using overnight Couriers.

Unlike other online OKI Suppliers, we hold stock in our own warehouse. We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 3 pm Monday-Friday. If you place your order after this cut-off then your order will be despatched the next working day.

You will receive an automatic dispatch notification when the item leaves our warehouse. In some cases, with high-value orders, you will also receive a tracking number to be able to track your item.

Delivery Charges

At OKI Supplies, you get free next business day delivery on all UK Mainland orders placed before 3:00 pm with a total value of £125.00 or more (excluding VAT).
Orders below this amount will incur a £6.00 + VAT delivery charge.

UK Mainland: Orders £125.00 and above – FREE
UK Mainland:
Orders under £125.00 – £6.00 + VAT
Northern Ireland:
£20.00 + VAT (all order values)
Isle of Man:
£15.00 + VAT (all order values)
Isle of Wight:
£8.00 + VAT (all order values)
Channel Islands:
£25.00–£35.00 + VAT (depending on weight)
Scottish Islands: £15.00 + VAT (all order values)
Republic of Ireland (Eire):
£20.00–£100.00 + VAT (depending on weight)

Delivery Responsibility

OKI Supplies does not take any responsibility for delays outside of its control and does not guarantee next day delivery on its standard delivery service. Delays caused by the courier or adverse weather conditions could influence your delivery timescale. Once your shipment has been picked and dispatched, it is the courier’s responsibility to deliver the item in a timely manner. 

Stock

We aim to keep our stock levels correct on the website but sometimes products may become out of stock. If your order is placed and the item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible when the item will be back in stock and your order options available to you. We endeavour to keep stock levels correct as we hold our own stock, from time to time, the period on updating live stock may be incorrect.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a delivery where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

Damaged Items

Please ensure that you report any damaged items on arrival. Please sign for the parcel as ‘Damaged’ and report to OKI Supplies as soon as possible to allow us to take remedial action. Any reports of damage after 48 hours after delivery are more difficult to resolve and may lead to not being able to claim for a replacement or refund.

Immediate Action Required

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Ensure you have your order number and photographs of the damaged item ready to expedite the process.

Assessment and Resolution

Our team will assess the situation and may request further information or images. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund according to your preference.

Preventive Measures

We take great care in packaging your orders to prevent damage. However, should an issue arise, rest assured that we are committed to resolving it swiftly and efficiently.
