Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if you change your mind about a purchase.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us – Email us at sales@okisupplies.co.uk or call us to request a return authorisation. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the parcel.
  3. Send It Back – Return the item using a tracked postal service. We recommend keeping proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  4. Refund Processed – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and compatibility reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened ink or toner cartridges
  • Opened media and label rolls
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items that have been used or installed

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Exchanges are processed in the same way as returns, and any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, our standard 30-day returns policy will apply.

Warranty

Standard 12-Month Warranty

We are committed to ensuring that every product you purchase from us performs as expected. In the event of a problem arising within the 12-month warranty period, we will do our best to resolve the issue by liaising directly with the manufacturer on your behalf. This may include arranging for a qualified engineer to call you remotely or visit your site to diagnose and resolve the problem.

If an issue cannot be resolved through support and the manufacturer agrees that a replacement is required, we will action this and provide a replacement product. Please note that replacements of printers, toners, spares, and accessories will only be authorised following a manufacturer investigation and approval, where a defective item has been formally identified.

OKI Extended 3-Year Warranty

OKI offer an extended 3-year warranty on many of their products, beyond the standard 12-month guarantee. All claims and liability under the extended warranty period are held with OKI directly. To be eligible, the extended warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
