OKI Supplies does not provide any separate or extended warranty beyond the manufacturer’s own guarantee.

Placing an Order

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. Orders can only be placed through this website by adding items to your basket and completing the checkout and payment process.

If you experience an issue or are unsure whether your order has been received, please contact us for assistance.

When you submit your order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from OKI Supplies. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases where:

  • We believe the order may be fraudulent

If we are unable to process your order, we will contact you within 30 days to offer an alternative or arrange a full refund.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed — this is not an acceptance of your order. The contract between you and OKI Supplies is only formed when your goods are dispatched. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent at that point.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Events Beyond Our Control

We will make every effort to meet our commitments, but cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including, but not limited to, natural disasters, fire, flooding, industrial action, supplier failures, or government restrictions.

If such an event occurs, we will notify you promptly and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay. If the delay continues beyond 30 days, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund for any items not delivered.
